  • AZ Mobile Lab is fast, convenient, available after regular business hours, and offers a personal connection instead of a corporate setting. Some patients might need lab draws or prior authorizations for surgical procedures and with AZ Mobile Lab, you can schedule these on your own without the need for meeting with your doctor. Also, if you’re simply curious about your diagnostics, we’re able to offer testing for you on your own terms from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere else you choose.

  • Your lab results will arrive within 24 to 28 hours. These will be delivered to you digitally via email and a follow up consultation will be scheduled to discuss your results.

  • Does AZ Mobile Lab accept insurance?

    How much does AZ Mobile Lab cost?

    Depending on whether or not you’re using your insurance, costs will vary. We value competitive pricing and offer consultation costs ahead of scheduling so you’re aware of what the charges will amount to.

    What method of payment do you accept? Do you take HSA or FSA?

    As of now, we accept cash, credit, debit, checks, and Zelle payments. We hope to receive payments from HSA or FSA cards in the near future! You’ll receive an invoice and receipt for our services to process reimbursements from your HSA or FSA in the meantime.

    Will I be charged for a no-show or last minute cancellation?

    Yes, there is a $50 fee for no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • How long will it take for my results to come in?

    Your lab results will arrive within 24 to 28 hours. These will be delivered to you digitally via email and a follow up consultation will be scheduled to discuss your results.

    Does AZ Mobile Lab only test blood? What about urine or stool samples?

    AZ Mobile Lab currently tests blood and urine samples.

    Do I have to fast before my blood is drawn?

    This depends on the type of lab results we’ll be testing for. We’ll notify you ahead of your appointment if fasting is required.

  • My doctor gave me a list of requested labs to test. Can I bring this to AZ Mobile Lab directly instead?

    Yes, if you have a lab request from your doctor, AZ Mobile Lab will provide services for testing and deliver results directly to you and your provider if you choose.

    I’m curious about my health but I don’t have a doctor’s referral for lab work. Can I still book with AZ Mobile Lab?

    Yes! AZ Mobile Lab will require a consultation with our medical director to determine which lab results best fit your needs. They will write the order for your lab testing on your behalf and after your tests are drawn, results will be delivered directly to you.

  • What kind of information will you need for my initial consultation?

    We will review your health history and reason for your visit. This will help us to order the appropriate tests from the lab.

    I have no idea what labs I need. Can you help me decide?

    Definitely! During your consultation with our medical director, we will listen to your concerns and professionally address your needs to best determine which results will benefit you. Reviewing your health history together will help us serve you in finding the most helpful tests for your situation.

  • I want to have my labs drawn from my office or somewhere other than my home. Is that okay?

    Absolutely! AZ Mobile Lab is a mobile service and we are happy to meet you wherever you are in Arizona. We’ll ask you to provide the address of your choosing ahead of your appointment.

ONLINE RESULTS REVIEW

At AZ Mobile Lab, we make reviewing your lab results easy and accessible from home. Once your results are available to us, we will notify you to schedule an online or phone  consultation to review your results together. During this session, we'll guide you through your results, answer any questions, and offer personalized health recommendations tailored to your needs.
